The SUGAR REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION (SRA), through the SRA Corporate Operating Budget for 2009 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1,550,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SRA Purchase Request No. 09-04-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php900,000.00) for 1 unit Dump Truck and Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php650,000.00) for 1 unit Cargo Truck shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
